Al Valdez is a visionary leader, pastor, author, church planter & strategic influencer. For 25 years he has dedicated his life to reaching and developing people to reach their full potential in life with the hope and plan of Jesus Christ. Along with his wife Georgina they lead Victory Outreach Church in San Diego, CA, a thriving church with over 2000 weekly attendees.

He is an active community leader who has partnered with many well known professional athletes, musicians, business owners, politicians and pastors. Along with his wife, he is a sought out speaker who has traveled to 30 countries. He was recently honored for his leadership by the Mayor of San Diego.

He is an experienced voice in the development of student leadership having established ministry training centers in Los Angeles, Chicago, Mexico & South Africa. Al and Georgina have been married for 22 years, he is the father of 4 beautiful children.
